Who we are

Software that knows what a physiotherapy session

We could have built a tool that worked for any business. It would have been easier to sell and much easier to build. We chose the the opposite: understand a single trade to its core and cover it entirely.

How we got here

The maths that didn't add up

No clinic ever told us "I need a CRM." They told us much more specific things, and they all pointed to the same place.

The starting point

Seven tools for a single clinic

A calendar on one side. Records in folders, or in a word texts. Invoicing in another program that talks to no one. Reminders, from the personal phone of whoever happened to be at reception. And a spreadsheet acting as the glue between everything else. It worked, sure — as long as someone kept will remember everything.

The first attempt

Generic software understands contacts, not patients

We tried what was out there: platforms built for a real estate agency, an accounting firm or a gym. And that's the problem. Generic software manages "customers" and "events." It doesn't know what an intake assessment is, or a discharge, or why a pelvic floor doesn't go in the same room as someone doing return-to-sport work on a a vibration platform. Every clinic ended up bending the software by hand until it broke.

The decision

We chose a single trade

We decided to go vertical: give up "works for any business" so we could say it "knows what you do." That's an expensive thing to give up — the market suddenly narrows — but it changes the conversation: instead of explaining to the software how a clinic, the software already knows it.

The hard part

A standalone module doesn't fix anything

This is where most stop, and we understand why: building a nice calendar is manageable; building the schedule, the patient record, the treatment plans, the invoicing with Verifactu, time tracking and online payments are a different order of effort. But every missing piece reopens a spreadsheet, and one open processor, sweeps everything else along with it. Complete, or it doesn't work.

And on top of that, having the phone answered

The last thing we added wasn't a screen, but someone who answers: voice and WhatsApp agents who pick up the call at ten at night, resolve the question, book the appointment and leave the trace inside the record. Because the work a clinic's admin work doesn't happen during office hours.

What going vertical means

Everything a clinic does in a day, inside

1

A platform. Not one tool per task: scheduling, records and invoicing are the same system.

24/7

AI reception never closes: it answers, filters urgent cases and books appointments in the middle of the night.

0

Spreadsheets needed. If you need one, it means we're missing a feature.

100%

From invoicing with Verifactu built in, with no separate accounting program.

How we work

Three things we won't compromise on

It's reviewed by people who treat patients

No feature makes it in because it looks good in a demo. It makes it in when a physiotherapist in practice confirms it saves them time on a Tuesday at eleven.

Clinical data isn't just any data

Records, consent forms and invoices live with full traceability: who did it, when and from where. If anyone ever asks, it's documented.

There's a person on the other end

The AI takes care of your patients; we take care of you. When something's wrong, someone who knows your clinic answers, not a ticket number.

Want to see it with your clinic in front of you?

Half an hour is enough to know whether this fits the way you work. And if it fits, we'll tell you.
